At Divine Co we create a customized care plan that weaves in releasing tension in the pelvis, supports a woman’s nervous system, address lifestyle changes and individualized supplement protocol to optimize chances of conception and a healthy menstrual cycle.

  • Benefits of care include but are not limited to:

-Increased blood, lymph and nerve flow to pelvis

-Decrease tension and scar tissue that can be present with Endometriosis, PCOS, cysts, c-sections, etc.

-Better awareness of ones own menstrual cycle

-Education on lifestyle factors that contribute to a healthy cycle

-Encourages optimal position of reproductive organs and pelvis

  • Fertility Consultations are $160. During this visit we will review over your history, perform an exam and create a care plan that is tailored to your individual fertility needs. Payment options will be provided during this visit.

    1. What conditions do we support? PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, fatigue, low energy, hormonal migraines + headaches, menstrual cramps, irregular/absent cycles, hair loss, painful periods, fibroids, cysts, hypothalamic amenorrhea, thryoid problems, vaginal dryness, hot flashes, low libido, chronic vaginal infections, menstrual clots, primary or secondary infertility and more.

    2. Can I start care to prepare for conception and if so how soon should I start? We HIGHLY encourage women and couples to start preparing their bodies for possible conception 6 months to 1 year prior. We walk couples through this process to optimize their chances of a healthy conception and pregnancy.

    3. Does Divine Co support patients who are coming off of birth control and just wanting to support their overall reproductive health? Yes, birth control has so many affects on a woman’s body so we work to support her body post birth control.

Perinatal Chiropractic Care

  • Supporting women who are either experiencing pain and/or discomfort in pregnancy and looking holistic care to support their goals for birth.

  • Establish goals for a woman’s pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.

Support her body as it changes and grows through Webster Certified chiropractic adjustments + prenatal exercises/stretches

Intuitive movement/tools that help women get out of their logical brain and into their primal physical body. Using this early on in pregnancy will not only relieve her discomfort in her hips but will be good practice to trust her body and what it needs especially when it comes to birthing naturally.

Provide small guided imagery for mom to grow her mind, body + baby/womb connection.

Allowing space for questions to arise that need clarification when it comes to what may have been covered at a midwife or OBGYN appointment.

Birth Fear Debriefs- creating space for women to speak their fears and dig deep on why they feel that way, is there a root to it or is it even their fear or someone else’s. This empowers women as they get closer to birthing.

Nutritional support for mom + baby

Checking in with mom to see if she has experienced any emotional trauma or birth trauma that may need to be supported and referred out. We do this as a preventative for women who may be more at risk when it comes to Maternal Health Disorders.

Preparing for Postpartum can look different for every woman but supporting mom as she gets closer towards the end, providing her resources on what she can expect + how she can establish a team around her to support her in her healing.

RESOURCES! We love our birth + postpartum community, so making sure mom is aware of all of the services she can have as part of her birth team! (They say it takes a village so make sure to provide that.)

Optional tools we also provide: Labor Adjustments, Vaginal Steaming Labor Prep + During Birth

  • Chiropractic care has been proven to help women reduce or even completely avoid pregnancy-related conditions such as low back, pelvic, groin, rib, neck and round ligament pain, swelling, morning sickness, fatigue and so much more.

Regular chiropractic care during pregnancy can help:

    -decrease labor times

-allows more room for baby to grow and encourages optimal position for birth

    -improve energy levels

    -more comfortable pregnancy

    -fewer interventions used in birth

    -easier postpartum recovery

  • Initial prenatal visits are $160 and include history, exam and your first prenatal adjustment.

Care plans and different payment options are discussed at the initial visit.

    1. How soon can I start care during my pregnancy? We recommend as soon possible, which allows us to educate, prepare and support you and your birth goals.

    2. Does chiropractic care flip breech babies? Chiropractic care is meant to balance out the pelvis and this in turn allows baby to get into the position they desire for birth, but chiropractors do NOT flip babies.

    3. Are you Webster Certified? Yes! Dr. Alayna has been certified since 2019.

  • Care plan options are available for mom, baby or mom & baby.

Initial visits for postpartum mothers are $160 and for babies are $135. If mom received chiropractic care during her pregnancy then baby’s first visit is $60.

    1. How soon can I come in postpartum? Mom always sets the tone and comes in when she is ready. We have seen moms the day of their birth or 2-3 weeks later.

    2. How soon can I bring my baby in? Babies can be receive care as soon as they are born. (A little fun fact, Dr. Alayna adjusted her baby girl an hour and a half after she was born.)
